ITS BEEN A LONG TIME!!!

Its been so long with my blog happenings a lot has been happening with my family and its not all great unfortuntely, a lot of hard choices to be made for my sanity and my goal of my weight has been increased to me having high BLOOD PRESSURE which means at the end of the year I have put on 3 Kilograms and only lost 9 kilograms for the year :(

The doctor recommended that my mind was clear of friction before concentrating on weight issues but now with my blood pressure being so high the weight issue is at the foremost of my life so starting Boxing Day 2011 as a family we have decided after dinner to go for our nightly walks great for the mind they say but when I get home my mind goes into overdrive thinking its the new drug LITHIUM http://www.drugs.com/lithium.html its helping but there are a lot of side effects but its better then the Zoloft as they caused me to have suidal thoughts :(

I have being enjoyed my at the my favourite haunt at http://www.scraplounge.com.au/ the wonderful ladies are life long friends and knowing this makes my heart glow with warmth had an excellent time with the The Twelve Days of Christmas" Competition

 
 
As a family on Christmas Day 2011 we had a fantastic day with Polly and her son Solomon joining us as well as Paul who both work with Tezza they would have spent Christmas by themselves...aslo Tezza's parents joined us as well ...I didn't have to prepare meals, fuss around or wash up all worth it!!!
